What you need before you start

You need a Google Business Profile with reviews you are happy to show, a ReviewsJet account, and edit access to the Wix site. A connected custom domain helps if you plan to use Wix’s Custom Element path.

Connect Google in ReviewsJet

Open Collect, add Google, and type your business name and city in Your business on Google. Pick the correct listing from the results. ReviewsJet fills the Maps URL. Use Paste a link instead only when you already have the Maps or Business Profile link.

By default the import starts at 5 stars only. Lower the filter when 4-star reviews belong on the page. Skip ratings with no written text so empty cards do not appear later.

Embed HTML (fast path)

This path is fine for many pages. Because Wix often loads third-party HTML inside an iframe, tall masonry walls can show scrollbars if the box is too short. Resize the embed until the wall fits, or switch to Custom Element when you need cleaner height behavior.

Custom Element (cleaner on published sites)

The Google connect screen starts at 5 stars only. A busy listing can arrive as a short set because that is the filter, not a broken import. Lower it when 4-star reviews belong on the page. The editor is the wrong place to judge it
